Registration is open for the 6th Annual Addison Jo Blair 5K which will be held on Saturday, May 21st in Glendale, KY. You can register online at www.active.com and type in Addison Jo Blair 5K. This is our foundations #1 fundraiser and we are so appreciative of all the support we have been shown over the past 5 years.
